A distant shimmer in the darkness

You are currently viewing The Second Sky. The drawings were done by hand, then traced using the Live Trace option in Adobe Illustrator CS2 (because I'm lazy). :P The layout was then peiced together in Adobe Photoshop CS2. The style of the navigation was inspired by the Eighth Layout of Chisato's Stellar fanlisting. Chisato makes the most awesome layouts. :D

I guess this is the first layout I made entirely out of scratch, drawings and all. :P There's nothing much to say about the drawing, really, except that I wanted to give off a sort of surreal feel to it. I love turquoise, as well, so I wanted to add that color to the layout. The panda looks a lot like Tare Panda, I know! :P But Tare Panda is a cute panda, isn't it? Also, in case it's too small to notice, the little random things on top of the crescent moon is the Man on the moon catching some stars with wings, hahaha~ I honestly don't know where I got that idea from. :P
